If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional charge of 30,000 KRW per person per night (including breakfast) will be applied.

- Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted to enter.
- Visitors not listed in the reservation are strictly prohibited from entering.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas. A special cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
- If severe contamination occurs on bedding or items, or in the case of damage or loss, compensation will be charged.
- For extended stays, additional towels will be provided.
- The use of candles, fireworks, firecrackers, or butane gas is prohibited due to fire hazards.
- Cooking foods that emit smoke or strong odors (meat, seafood, etc.) is prohibited in the rooms.
- Unauthorized commercial photography or video filming (for advertising, product photos, shopping malls, SNS markets, etc.) and drone shooting are not allowed.
- For shoots or space rentals, please contact us in advance.
- Minors cannot stay without a guardian (legal representative).
- Although the premises are regularly disinfected by a professional pest control company, bugs may still enter due to the nature of the environment. No refunds will be made for this reason.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay and for any accidents resulting from negligence or carelessness.
- Infants and children must always be accompanied by a guardian for safety.
- The space is not specifically designed for children, so extra attention from guardians is required.
- No children's furniture or tools are provided.
- The external removal of any facilities or items is prohibited. Any damages or losses will be charged at cost.
- Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM for mutual consideration.
- Finalizing a reservation indicates that all house rules have been understood and agreed upon.

Boromwat consists of a farm, cafe, and shop (Operating hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, open year-round).
Guests are provided with free entry to Boromwat and tickets for the "Can Train Experience."
Outside of operating hours, the entire 330,000-square-meter field is exclusively available to guests.
Enjoy morning and evening walks and moments of contemplation.
Boromwat, which means "windy field" in Jeju dialect, is known for its particularly beautiful natural scenery.
With Jeju's oreum (volcanic cones), wide open fields, and unique terrain, this place allows visitors to fully experience the charm of nature.
The indoor and outdoor gardens and farm offer seasonal attractions such as buckwheat, canola, and hydrangea flower paths.
Various experiences like feeding animals and riding the Can Train are also available.
Healthy buckwheat products, drinks, household items, and cosmetics made from ingredients grown at Boromwat are sold.
Refund Policy
- 100% refund if canceled 15 days before check-in
- 80% refund if canceled 10 days before check-in
- 70% refund if canceled 8 days before check-in
- 60% refund if canceled 7 days before check-in
- 50% refund if canceled 6 days before check-in
- No refunds or changes can be made 5 days before check-in.
Even if the reservation is canceled on the day of payment, the same refund policy applies once the reservation is confirmed.
In the event of flight or ferry cancellations due to bad weather, a full refund will be provided upon submission of supporting documents.
